House prices in most areas of Panama City have increased very steeply during the past few years. Las Cumbres however is one of the last remaining real estate 'secrets' within easy access of Panama. That situation is changing rapidly as more and more foreigners discover this beautiful area.

For the energetic, young and young-at-heart, there is a superb Water Park behind the Hotel Grand Avalon. Ten miles North to Chilibre, and a left-hand turn will lead to the Camino de Cruces trail, Soberania Park, Gamboa and Summit Gardens and Golf Course.
